Packaging:
We deliver our products in a variety of packing materials depending on the nature of the product, while all the gift items are shipped in the manufacturer's box which is then put in our sealed box.
Do not accept parcels that are clearly tampered, damaged or mishandled.
We advise all shoppers to open the package in front of the delivery person to ensure that your items are delivered in good condition, and to report to the person (and to us) in case the item is damaged or tampered. In case the item shows signs of damage or tampering, return the package to the delivery person.

Insurance Policy

all our deliveries include insurance for lost items. Keep in mind that if you do not receive your order in 15 working days from us, kindly contact us on mail@fusions.co.in immediately. The insurance company considers the transaction complete after 15 working days and automatically terminates the insurance.

It is up to you to examine the package when it arrives, sign and accept the package only if you are sure that it has not been opened. If you have any suspicion that the package has been tampered with, do not accept or open it and it will returned automatic to the sender by the shipping company, inform our customer service and in the moment that we will receive the package back your money will be returned or a new package will be sent to you.

Return Policy

We do not have any Return Policy

Damaged Goods:
Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact us if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged within 3 days.
Defective Products/ for Exchanges:
Any defective product can be returned along with the original invoice, within 3 days, for a replacement. The product should be unused. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement. In case we are unable to replace the defective product, we will refund your amount. The product's packing material must be in same condition as when received.
It is possible to exchange/replace your product only if damaged in shipping. If you are a gift recipient of this article, the original buyer will be given the exchanged new product.

Notice: For religious reasons some products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Note:
Products that have been purchased on this website with a valid invoice will only be replaced.

Cancellation by the Customer:

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.


PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS:

Write a note, with your e-mail address, name and phone number and enclose your original invoice or a copy of the original invoice.
Package all items, in its original packaging with care, and with additional packing if required so that the items are secure, and do not get damaged during transit, enclose your note with the package.

You do not have to call us for returning any items, just ship the package, back to us to thru any carrier you prefer, please insure the package and keep the tracking number and relevant details, in the rare case that the package is lost or misplaced.
We will not be held responsible for the product, if it is lost or stolen in transit when the customer is shipping it back to us for exchange or repair.

Please make sure that a signature is required for any package being shipped to us, we will not be responsible for packages that do not reach us or are not signed by us.
We would like the customers shipping us the package to mention the name Fusions on the package or box.

1. I LIVE OUTSIDE INDIA, CAN I ORDER FOR A DELIVERY IN INDIA?
Yes, you need to provide an Indian delivery address.

2. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER WITHIN INDIA?
We currently deliver to select cities in India.

3. DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA?
No we are sorry, but as of now we do not deliver out of India.

4. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME, WHEN YOU DELIVER?
Our courier partners will leave a message and attempt again. We urge you to plan and coordinate the purchase in a manner that the recipient is available to accept the shipment at the provided delivery address

5. HOW MANY DAYS WOULD YOU TAKE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT TO ME?
We shall deliver the product to you within 15 business/ working days.

6. I AM THE RECIPIENT OF THE PRODUCT/S BUT AM OUT OF TOWN; WILL THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT/S BE MADE TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS?
No, we shall not deliver the product/s to any of your family members. The recipient needs to be physically available at the shipping address, mentioned while placing the order. We urge you to plan and coordinate the purchase in a manner that the recipient is available to accept the shipment at the provided delivery address.

7. WHAT IS THE PROOF I NEED TO FURNISH AT THE TIME OF THE RECEIVING THE PRODUCT(S)?
The Recipient of the product/s needs to keep a photo copy of any of the following national approved photo id proofs handy for receiving the delivery.

To ensure that your order arrives safely, the courier will require a signature from the recipient on delivery.

Shipping is Free. However, the product prices include product cost, packaging cost and any governmental levies on the product cost e.g. VAT and OCTROI.

11. HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can report this incident by mail on mail@fusions.co.in and write to us or provide your comments with full details of your address and pin code. We will revert to you within 3 working days. Also, please check the city you have entered. The pin code should not have any spaces. Sunday is not counted as a business day.

14. WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A BROKEN OR A DEFECTIVE ITEM FROM YOU?
